All Time Low Forever

You want to know what’s changed?
Zack’s hair is brown and Rian no longer has his fauxhawk. Jack and Alex don’t have highlights, and their hair is shorter. They aren’t eighteen anymore and they don’t drive around in van with their parents.
You want to know what hasn’t changed?
Jack can still crack the most ridiculous joke at any moment, and then come back around and be completely serious. He’ll hug you like you’re the most important and special person in the world to him, even though he’s probably hugged a hundred people just like you, and he’ll still smile even if he’s having a rough day.
Rian is still the most wonderful, caring, and amazing person. He will still smile and thank anyone who takes the time to like his music, and he still can make you feel better even on your worst day, just by being himself. He’s still an amazing drummer, and he still is nice to everyone he meets, even if you don’t deserve it.
Zack is still a douchebag. Just kidding. We all know he’s just quiet. He still is the quiet guy with an amazing story to tell, and he still loves the three other guys in this picture just as much as he used to. He still smiles like crazy during shows, and even though he isn’t as loud as the other guys, he still loves and appreciates the people who care about him.
Alex is still the same guy who will stop in the middle of a song to yell at a guy for taking a swing at a girl, or to start a chant against someone who spat on Zack. He’ll still answer any question you throw at him, even if they don’t deserve an answer. He’s still the same guy who will run around acting crazy at Disney World. He’s the same guy who writes amazing lyrics, and constantly defends and loves all of his fans, even when we can be ignorant and selfish.
They are the same four guys who gripped our hearts and promised they’d never let go. They still do everything they can to make sure we are happy, and if we’re not, they apologize as much as they can. They will still read every letter we write, listen to every meaningful story we tell them. They will still give free water to kids at warped because of ridiculous prices, and they will still buy a pizza for people waiting outside in the cold for one of their shows.
They are still the same people they’ve always been. And nothing, and no one -not speculation or a bad review- will ever change that. They’re brothers, ‘till the end.

I could watch All Time Low - Straight To DVD over a hundred thousand million times and still be hypnotised by how gorgeous and awesome they are <3
To the boy who came from England. To the boy that came from Lebanon. To the boys that came from Maryland. To the boys that set their minds to follow their dreams. To the boys that practiced in each other’s basements. To the boys that traveled up and down the east coast to play shows. To the boys that let their parents drive them to venues just so they could play for their fans. To the boys that played Warped Tour, Bamboozle Roadshow, GK Tour, and headlined their own tours. To the boys that slept in vans that now earned the right to sleep in a tour bus. To the boys whose faces light up when they meet their fans. To the boys that love what they do every day of their lives. To the boy that puts a traffic cone on his head and does interviews on the street. To the boy that loves to wear black shirts and camo pants. To the boy that never seems to really like wearing shirts. To the boy that feels the need to show his dick where ever he goes. To the boys that wear skinny jeans and Glamour Kills. To the boys that make it seem like life is a puzzle that we all learn to solve in our own way. To the boys who give us hope, even when we think we’re being pushed to the edge of a cliff. To the boys who catch us when we’re falling through their songs. To the boys who are there with us through the toughest times in our lives with just their lyrics. To the boys who have felt heart break, and rejection like we have. To the boys who have experienced sadness, joy, and all the feeling that we all once have felt. To the boys who have had tragic things happen to them in their lives, but they pulled through like some of us had, or are in the process of doing. To the boys who are just like us, except they are boys fulfilling their dreams. To the boys who try to make it out after every show just to meet their fans. To the boys who play their hearts out at every concert to make you feel the rush. To the boys who tell us their personal secrets and parts of their life to make us feel closer to them. To the boys who make us all feel like family. To the songs that we listen to that make us smile. To the lyrics we hear that makes you feel the emotion hidden deep beneath the song. To the passion and struggle you hear in some of those melodies that suddenly give you a glimpse as to what they were feeling when they wrote that song. To feel the pain that they felt because maybe, you’ve been through that too. To the boys that save our lives everyday, without even knowing it. To the boys who pull us out of our darkest places and troubled states and make us see the light, and hope in the world. To the boys who stop us from doing things that harm ourselves. To the boys that make us cry tears of joy when we see them at concerts. To the stages they play that make our eyes go wide as we see them play. To the boy who writes melodies so intricate and beautiful. When that boy combines words to make the lyrics seem like they were coming from the mouth of a poet. To the boy whose voice is so beautiful and makes you weak in the knees. To the boy who plays guitar, and makes those faces that you think are priceless. To the boy that plays bass that jumps around every chance he gets, and you catch yourself jumping along with him. To the boy that bangs those drums so hard that you can feel the floor shake beneath you. To the boys who teach you to take shit from nobody. To the boys that teach you no one is perfect in this world and that flaws are beautiful. To the boys that say dick jokes. To the boys that do/say sexual things. To the boys that teach you curses aren’t bad, they’re a form of expression. To the boys that smile after they play a song. To see the passion on those boys’ faces when they play. To see those boys move on stage like they deserve to be there. To the boys that make us feel like we’re their family. This goes out to those boys. This goes out to those boys who taught us that if you work hard enough your dreams will come true. To the boys that taught us, life is a fucking party, so you better live it up. This goes out to All Time Low. This goes out to Alex Gaskarth, Jack Barakat, Zack Merrick, and Rian Dawson. This goes out to the four boys who make us feel like family. This goes out to the four boys whose songs make us feel alive.

BLESS EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS POST

so. many. tears. what even <3

This goes out to anybody who’s ever been told that the way they think or the way they feel is the wrong way to think or the wrong way to feel. Goes out to anybody who’s been made to feel like less of a person than who they are or what they believe in, anybody who’s ever been walked all over, anybody who’s ever felt alone or betrayed, anybody who doesn’t feel like they fit. Goes out to every single person here because every single person here is fucking gorgeous. Every single person here is a human being and deserves to be treated like one. Don’t ever forget that, you are beautiful.
